What is a dilapidation report?

• A dilapidation report details the condition of a structure, road, footpath etc.

• Reports are carried out prior to work commencing on neighbouring areas.

• Most Councils as part of a DA require a dilapidation assessment be carried out.

• A dilapidation report may also be referred to as a Condition Report.
