Vendor Pays $50.00* to have a Building and Pest Report and/or a Strata Report carried out.
Conditions of this report are if the Purchaser of the property has purchased a copy for $50.00*, the balance of the report will be payable by them. If the report is not sold to the Purchaser of the property then the balance is payable by the Vendor upon the signing of the Contract or within 6 weeks of the report being ordered (whichever comes first). The balance payable will be $425.00* for a Building & Pest Report or $225.00* for a Strata Report. The Vendor is to advise Childs Property Inspections of the Purchaser’s details upon exchange or within 6 weeks (whichever comes first) to ensure that the final costs are passed on to that Purchaser, if they had purchased the Childs Property Inspections Report, otherwise the balance will be payable by the Vendor.
The total discounted cost to either Purchaser or Vendor for the Building and Pest Reports is $475.00*, and the total discounted cost for the Strata Report is $275.00*.
Inspection Reports are provided to the Vendor via email and are available for immediate download by Purchasers via the Childs Property Inspections website.
Balances payable may increase for exceptionally large properties, however the Vendor will be advised as soon as we become aware. Please note this is expected for less than 95% of inspections.
