This report is then available for prospective purchasers to purchase via instant download from our website also for $50. This saves prospective purchasers both time and money, assisting in the smooth process of selling and buying property. The report balance is only payable by the end purchaser or the Vendor in the rare case the Purchaser didn’t buy a copy of the report. Building Reports

We provide Building Reports for both Purchasers and Vendors. A Childs Property Inspections Building Report will identify significant building defects or problems within a property. Our reports are carried out in accordance with Australian Standards 4349.1-2007.

Pest & Thermal Pest Reports

We provide Pest Reports or Thermal Pest Reports for both Purchasers and Vendors. A Childs Property Inspections Pest Report will identify evidence of past or present termite infestation in a property. In addition to this a Thermal Pest Inspection uses thermal imaging technology in order to detect termite packing within wall frames for that extra level of scrutiny of a property. Our reports are carried out in accordance with Australian Standards 4349.1-2007.

As a purchaser it is strongly recommended that houses are inspected for termites prior to purchase as termites can cause extensive structural damage to a property.

Strata Reports

Strata Reports are essential when purchasing a property that is part of a strata scheme. A Childs Property Inspections Strata Report will identify the financial position of the strata scheme and report on past or pending issues relating to the property you intend to purchase.
