Asbestos Reports

Asbestos Reports are required for commercial properties built prior to 1991 and are highly recommended when purchasing or renovating a property that was built prior to 1991.

Childs Property Inspections can provide a detailed Asbestos Audit, reporting on Asbestos Containing Material (ACM).  Samples are taken of suspected areas and tested for the presence of asbestos.  For commercial properties the report is provided for display in these properties for the safety of workers and trades entering the property.

For property renovations on older properties it is vital that an Asbestos Report is obtained to cover the safety of those working on the property as well as the neighbouring residents.
