Our Handover/Completion Inspection Reports
Our Construction Handover Report or Completion Inspection are essential to ensure your property is completed as agreed and to a high standard.
Our reports provide a detailed summary of all defects, including cosmetic and structural, covering the same defects as a standard building report but will also itemise cosmetic defects such as scratches on cupboard doors, poor internal paint finish to walls and ceilings, marks on floors and carpets etc. in accordance with Appendix C AS4349.1-2007.
Our Handover/Completion Reports are extremely thorough, high quality and easy to understand, with detailed information and photographic evidence. Our reports are completed independently and can be utilised to provide the builder a rectification list.
The inspection should be carried out after all work is complete and preferably before the building is occupied.
